- Equipment - Reinvestment in the business allows for up to date equipment. We own and operate our own plastic oven allowing us to make formed plastic faces and sell them retail as well as wholesale to other sign companies, when other companies have to sub out. Computerized metal working equipment including computerized routing, 10’ CNC sheet metal brake and an AccuBend automated channel letter machine allows us to think outside the box and design and build custom signs that stand out from the standard “box” signs. We also house a neon production plant, modern painting equipment, with mixing stations for plastic and metal paints, "Gerber Edge" - thermal digital printing on vinyl substrates as well as solvent printing provide complex full color graphics. Our installation equipment is also up to date with fully stocked crane trucks that allow for installations from the ground up to 100 feet. Schurle Signs own its own excavation equipment including an auger with trailers and supporting equipment. Our state of the art equipment allows us to produce and install 98% of the signage your business may need. This allows us to warranty our work for one year, which covers parts and labor, and keep production schedules timely. Leasing and maintenance contracts are available.
